Welcome to FantasyAI, an iOS app that offers a unique and engaging experience for fantasy sports enthusiasts. Before using FantasyAI, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By using FantasyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Use of the App
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use FantasyAI.
1.2 You may use FantasyAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 You agree not to use FantasyAI for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, or any applicable laws or regulations.
1.4 You agree not to use FantasyAI in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the app.
2. User Account
2.1 In order to use FantasyAI, you may be required to create a user account.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to ensure that it remains accurate, current, and complete.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2.4 You agree to immediately notify FantasyAI if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3. User Content
3.1 FantasyAI may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, such as comments, photos, videos, or other materials.
3.2 You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content that you submit to FantasyAI.
3.3 By submitting content to FantasyAI, you grant FantasyAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any form, media, or technology.
3.4 You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 FantasyAI and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by FantasyAI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2 These Terms and Conditions permit you to use FantasyAI for your personal, non-commercial use only.
4.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our app, except as follows:
(a) Your computer or mobile device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
(b) You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
(c) You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the app for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
4.4 If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the app in breach of the Terms and Conditions, your right to use the app will stop immediately, and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials
